Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years in business/financial analytics or related role.
• Knowledge of NetSuite O2C modules (sales orders, invoicing, revenue recognition, AR).
• Strong Excel skills with pivot, lookups, and complex formulas; modeling a plus.
• Proficient in Power BI reporting and data modeling; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Project Management to track project budgets and revenue schedules.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for O2C metrics like DSO, billing accuracy, and backlog.
• Create Excel-based models, reconciliations, and ad hoc analyses for month-end close.
• Identify data quality gaps and automation opportunities in NetSuite and reporting.
• Support NetSuite saved-search, workflow, and report configuration to improve data capture.
• Monitor end-to-end Order-to-Cash cycle in NetSuite, including orders, invoicing, AR, and cash application.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting packages for finance leadership and stakeholders.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure timely and accurate business analytics.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Business & Project Analytics Analyst to support financial and operational reporting across the order-to-cash lifecycle. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with NetSuite O2C processes (order management, billing, revenue recognition, AR, and cash application), strong Excel modeling skills, and the ability to build and maintain Power BI dashboards that give stakeholders clear visibility into project and business performance. Department - Finance / Business Operations; Location - Chennai (strictly no Hybrid); Employment Type - Full-time.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Project Management teams to track project budgets, billing milestones, revenue schedules, and margin performance.
• Build, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports for O2C metrics (DSO, billing accuracy, backlog, revenue trends, project profitability).
• Develop and maintain Excel-based models, reconciliations, and ad hoc analyses to support month-end close and management reporting.
• Identify data quality issues,process gaps, and automation opportunities within NetSuite and downstream reporting.
• Support saved-search, workflow,and report configuration in NetSuite to improve O2C data capture and reporting accuracy.
• Monitor and analyze the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle in NetSuite, including sales orders, invoicing, revenue recognition, accounts receivable, and cash application.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting packages for finance leadership and project stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent, timely, and accurate business analytics.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in business/financial analytics, revenue operations, or a related analytical role.
• Working knowledge of NetSuite, specifically the Order-to-Cash (O2C) modules sales orders, invoicing, revenue recognition, AR management would be an advantage.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), and complex formulas; financial modeling experience a plus.
• Good & Strong workingknowledge of Power BI building reports/dashboards, DAX basics, and data modeling.
• Strong analytical,problem-solving, and good communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, and Project teams.
