Job summary

Atlas Copco Group in Pune, India, seeks a Business Process Manager to own and improve Parts Life Cycle Management processes across PTS. You will lead global standardization, automation and KPI reporting, driving continuous improvement and coordination with Engineering, Technical Support and other stakeholders.

You will manage a team of Parts Specialists and Coordinators, foster capability growth, and ensure knowledge sharing. The role is on-site in Pune with travel as needed.

Job description

As Business Process Manager (BPM), you will own and continuously improve the Parts Life Cycle Management processes across PTS. In this role, you will play a key part in the PTS 3.0 transformation by supporting the implementation of an AI-Enabled Central Parts Hub, enabling standardized, efficient and scalable parts processes across the globe.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end Parts Life Cycle Management process, covering the entire lifecycle from product launch and serial production through to controlled phase-out.

A key focus of the role will be ensuring the consistent and high-quality delivery of core PTS processes, including the Spare Parts Proposal process, MyQuest, Service Configurator, and Recommended Spare Parts List. By defining, tracking and reporting process KPIs, you will translate performance data into clear insights and recommendations for management.

Working closely with stakeholders across the organization, you will drive global standardization, automation and continuous improvement initiatives to further optimize parts processes. You will coordinate with Technical Support, Engineering and other key stakeholders to ensure PTS deliverables are achieved end-to-end and aligned with business objectives. In addition, you will ensure knowledge continuity through structured documentation and effective knowledge sharing on a global scale.

As a people manager, you will lead, develop and coach the Parts Specialists and Parts Coordinators, creating an environment focused on capability growth, consistent delivery and continuous improvement. Through clear ownership, accountability and governance, you will help establish a scalable operating model that supports the future growth of PTS.

Success in this role means delivering standardized and reliable parts processes across Customer Centers worldwide, while continuously improving efficiency, output quality and cycle times through automation and standardization. By providing clear process ownership and ensuring well-defined responsibilities, you will contribute directly to building a sustainable and scalable foundation for the continued growth of PTS globally.

You will report to the PTSVP Marketing.
