Datwyler Group is seeking a seasoned Business Process Expert to drive global harmonization and standardization of the end-to-end Order to Cash landscape. You will bridge business and IT, defining requirements for standardized processes and sustainable SAP S/4HANA solutions.

With 7–10 years in global industrial environments, you will lead process governance, deployment, and continuous improvement across multiple Business Units and sites, delivering measurable improvements in customer experience

Qualifications

Job Purpose

Support the Global Business Process Owner (BPO) in driving the global harmonization, standardization, implementation and continuous improvement of the end-to-end Order to Cash process landscape.

The role ensures sustainable and scalable business processes aligned with the company’s target operating model and future SAP S/4HANA architecture. The Business Process Expert acts as a key interface between business and IT, translating operational and business requirements into standardized processes and sustainable system solutions.

The Business Process Expert contributes to process governance, deployment activities, business transformation and operational excellence across all global business units and locations.

The scope covers the end-to-end Order to Cash process including:

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Support the development, harmonization and global implementation of standardized end-to-end Order to Cash processes
• Drive process optimization initiatives to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, process quality, working capital, transparency and system integration
• Support global SAP S/4HANA transformation and deployment programs by defining business process requirements and ensuring alignment with the global target process model
• Act as a bridge between business and IT by translating business requirements, operational challenges and improvement opportunities into functional process and system requirements
• Contribute to fit-to-standard process design and challenge local process variations and system requirements against the global process standard
• Analyze end-to-end process dependencies and ensure effective integration across Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance and IT
• Support process governance activities including process documentation, process performance management, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives
• Execute process analysis and identify improvement opportunities based on operational KPIs, customer requirements, business needs and process performance data
• Identify root causes of process inefficiencies, manual workarounds and recurring operational issues and support the development of sustainable process solutions
• Support testing, system qualification and deployment activities related to process and system changes
• Promote cross-functional collaboration and alignment between Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance and IT organizations
• Drive transparency and process excellence by establishing a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision making
• Support organizational change management, training and user adoption during transformation and deployment initiatives
• Coordinate process-related housekeeping, master data and data quality initiatives within the supported systems landscape

• Strong business process expertise across the end-to-end Order to Cash value chain within a global industrial environment
• Deep understanding of customer service, commercial, order fulfillment and financial processes and their impact on customer experience, service levels, revenue, working capital and operational efficiency
