Datwyler is seeking a Business Process Expert for Plan to Produce to drive global harmonization and standardization of end-to-end manufacturing processes. You will support SAP S/4HANA and MES transformation programs, define business requirements, and ensure alignment with the target process model.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain processes within a global industrial environment.
• Deep understanding of Plan to Produce processes and related integrations across ERP and manufacturing systems.
• Experience with SAP ERP environments, preferably SAP S/4HANA, including SAP PP/PP-PI, SAP MM, SAP QM and integration with SAP SD and MES.

Responsabilités

• Support the development, harmonization and global implementation of standardized end-to-end Plan to Produce processes.
• Drive process optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency, process quality, transparency and system integration.
• Support global SAP S/4HANA and MES transformation programs by defining business process requirements and ensuring alignment with the target process model.
• Translate business requirements into functional process and system specifications in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
• Contribute to fit-to-standard process design and promote process standardization across global manufacturing sites.
• Support process governance activities including process documentation, performance management, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Execute process analysis and identify improvement opportunities based on KPIs and data.
• Support testing, system qualification and deployment activities related to process and system changes.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration and alignment between manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, quality and IT.
• Drive transparency and process excellence through continuous improvement and data-driven decisions.
• Support organizational change management and user adoption during transformation and deployment.
• Coordinate process-related housekeeping and data quality initiatives within the supported systems landscape.

Job Purpose

Support the Global Business Process Owner (BPO) in driving the global harmonization, standardization, implementation and continuous improvement of the end-to-end Plan to Produce process landscape.
The role ensures sustainable and scalable business processes aligned with the company’s target operating model and future SAP S/4HANA architecture. The Business Process Expert contributes to process governance, deployment activities, business transformation and operational excellence across all global manufacturing locations.

The scope covers the end-to-end Plan to Produce process including:

• Demand Planning
• Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
• Production Planning and Scheduling
• Capacity and Resource Planning
• Production Order Management
• Manufacturing Execution and Confirmation
• Goods Receipt and Inventory Updates
• Production Settlement and Reporting

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Support the development, harmonization and global implementation of standardized end-to-end Plan to Produce processes
