Job summary

Crossing Hurdles is seeking a proactive Business Analyst to evaluate chatbot responses against business and quality criteria, and to analyze outputs for gaps.

You will provide structured assessments, gather requirements, and work with cross-functional teams to support AI performance improvements through rigorous analysis and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar business/data tools.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate chatbot/business outputs against defined criteria.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum is an added advantage.
