Job summary

Turing is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst for a freelance project to evaluate multiple chatbot responses. You will gather and document business requirements, map processes, and create dashboards and reports to support structured evaluations.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear stakeholder communication are essential. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in business analysis, strong analytical and documentation skills, and familiarity with Agile or Scrum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, CS, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience with requirement gathering and process-mapping techniques.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support a project involving the evaluation of multiple chatbot responses. The role will require analyzing business requirements, comparing chatbot outputs, conducting structured evaluations, and providing final assessments based on defined criteria.
