Job summary

Turing is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support a project evaluating multiple chatbot responses. You will analyze requirements, map processes, and document findings to support final assessments.

This is a fully remote freelance role spanning 16 weeks, with five working days per week and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and clear insights for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with requirement-gathering and process-mapping techniques.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies is an advantage.

Offer Details:

Work Schedule:
