You will define objective grading criteria for consistent evaluation by qualified reviewers, build tasks that require judgment across accurate materials, and create or source supporting materials such as spreadsheets, system exports, and operational reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in business operations, operations reporting, process design, or workflow management.
• Experience creating or applying structured standards like SOPs, QA checklists, or process documentation.
• Strong Excel capability and comfort reasoning across multiple documents.
• Strong English proficiency, written and spoken.
