Flattrade Broking Private Limited in Madurai is hiring a Business Process Analyst (Freshers welcome) to join the Stock Broking Operations team. The role involves supporting day-to-day brokerage operations, client onboarding, trade processing and regulatory compliance.

Candidates should have a graduate degree and be proficient in MS Excel, with good written and oral communication. Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, and to learn in a process-driven, regulated environment is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate in B.Com / BBA / BAF / B.Sc.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts including night shifts.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Freshers or internships in finance/operations are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day stock broking operations and trade processing.
• Assist in client onboarding, KYC verification, and documentation.
• Handle basic client queries and operational requests.
• Perform data feeding, validation, and MIS reporting using MS Excel.
• Support trade, fund, and securities reconciliation activities.
• Ensure compliance with SEBI, exchange, and internal processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
• Follow SOPs and SLA timelines in a process-driven environment.

• Support day-to-day stock broking operations and trade processing

Requirements

• Ability to draft clear emails and documentation
