Job summary

DealHub Ltd. is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to build executive dashboards and MIS using Power BI and Excel.

You will develop KPI frameworks, track performance, and monitor actual versus plan across headcount, expenses, and investments to support leadership decisions. You will analyze trends, conduct variance and root-cause analyses, and prepare data-driven recommendations for reviews and planning.

Qualifications

We're looking for Business Operations Analysts!

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and operational MIS using Power BI and Excel.

• Monitor actual versus plan performance across headcount, operating expenses, project investments, and organizational goals.

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews through analytics and reporting.
• Support spend planning and forecasting activities.
• Analyze actual versus planned headcount, spend, and operational metrics.
• Perform trend analysis and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare data-driven recommendations for leadership.
• Track hiring progress and onboarding metrics.
• Monitor workforce capacity, utilization, and resource mix.
• Support headcount planning and organizational reviews.
• Develop workforce planning dashboards.
• Prepare business review presentations.
• Consolidate metrics across engineering, finance, and operations teams.
• Support weekly, monthly and quarterly operating reviews.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and operational processes.
• Improve data quality and reporting efficiency.
