ICICI Securities Limited is seeking a data analytics professional with 2-3 years of BFSI analytics experience to develop data structures, analyze trends, and support strategic decisions. The role emphasizes strong SQL/Python/Tableau skills, Excel proficiency, and exposure to Power BI. This position is on-site in Mumbai and demands rigorous analytical ability.

Qualificações

• Masters degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics.
• Professional certifications in data analytics, SQL, Python, Tableau / Power BI.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in data analytics / business analytics role preferably in BFSI

Responsabilidades

• Setting up appropriate data and information structures to develop/present holistic view of business numbers.
• Analyze the monthly, quarterly and longer-term trends to gain insights and suggest areas of performance improvement (Deviation analysis, cause and effect, impact assessment, key movements and trends in P&L lines for various businesses).
• Assist in evaluating proposals from Business by relying on data /analysis.
• Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data to support strategic business decisions.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present data insights to stakeholders.
• Identifying areas of productivity and business efficiency improvement or any other relevant metrics

We are looking for

• Sharp analytical mind with an ability to solve problems, identify issues, analyse & infer
• Competence with SQL, Python and Tableau is must
• Strong command over and familiarity with numbers
• Interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to interact with significant superiors
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a chaotic, fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
• Exposure towards Tableau & Power BI is a plus.
