Overall Purpose of The Job

The IT Business Partner, Consulting International acts as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring technology solutions align with organizational goals and client needs. This role requires hands‑on expertise in digital, mobile and data solutions, a deep understanding of emerging technologies (e.g.: Gen AI), and the ability to drive innovation while managing project timelines and stakeholder communication. The IT Business Partner will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, future‑ready solutions that enhance business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify technology needs and translate them into actionable IT strategies.
• Develop and maintain a technology roadmap aligned with business objectives, emphasizing data and digital tools as well as cloud‑based SaaS for internal needs.
• Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, IoT, low‑code platforms) to recommend innovations that drive competitive advantage.
• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery for digital initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and mitigations.
• Manage relationships with external technology partners and vendors to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
• Provide hands‑on guidance in solution design, ensuring technical feasibility and scalability.
• Oversee Agile/Scrum methodologies to accelerate delivery cycles and adapt to evolving requirements.
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation of solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical specifications.
• Monitor post‑implementation performance, addressing issues promptly and optimizing systems for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, GDPR) and organizational policies.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Expertise in data and digital solutions (e.g., CRM, SaaS platforms, data analytics and reporting tools), and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
• Strong technical acumen with familiarity in APIs, microservices, and DevOps practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in fast‑paced environments with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Trello).
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Required Competencies

Experience In Healthcare IT Or Regulated Industries (preferred)

Preferred experience in healthcare IT or regulated industries.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Certifications in Agile (CSM, SAFe), cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), or mobile development (desirable).
• MBA or PMP/PRINCE2 certification (preferred).

Required Languages

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English.

Travel / Rotation Requirements

Moderate (25%) travel is required.
