Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with YBP to analyze operational workflows and identify improvements.
• Monitor charging infrastructure and battery performance; identify issues.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules, updates, and field communications.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and operational support as needed.
• Review 2W, 3W, Franchise, and OEM agreements and orders for compliance.
• Track commercial activities, billing and partner transactions; coordinate closures.
• Prepare operational reports and enable data-driven decisions.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate to join our Team. The role involves working closely with Yulu/Yuma Business Partners, Franchisees, OEM partners, and internal teams to drive smooth execution of operations, monitor charging unit and battery performance, track commercial activities, and ensure effective coordination across stakeholders. The Associate will play a key role in improving operational processes, resolving field challenges, and enabling seamless on-ground operations across Yulu/Yuma Business Partners, Franchisees & OEM partners

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Yulu/Yuma Business Partners (YBP) to analyze operational workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to monitor charging infrastructure and battery performance, ensuring timely issue identification and resolution.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules, operational updates, and field communications to minimize service disruptions.
• Provide basic troubleshooting guidance and operational support to internal teams whenever required.
• Review and manage 2W, 3W, Franchise, and OEM agreements along with order documentation to ensure compliance with business requirements.
• Track commercial activities, billing, and partner transactions while coordinating with relevant stakeholders for timely closures.
• Prepare operational reports and support data-driven decision-making through regular performance tracking.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operational execution.
