Roche India – Roche Services & Solutions Hyderabad offers an opportunity for a Business Operations Associate (Marketing) to support the Global Digital Hub’s digital operations and strategic objectives. The role focuses on end-to-end digital customer communications, master data management in SAP and WoMDER, and daily operational support for global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science (desirable in Digital Marketing, IT, Communication, or Business).
• 2–5 years of digital operations or shared services experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise systems (such as SAP), digital workflow tools, and data management platforms.
• Strong English and Arabic communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and customer-focused with a passion for digital systems and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end digital customer communications and notifications using global platforms, managing mailing lists and tracking distribution.
• Drive digital product activation and master data management in SAP and WoMDER to ensure complete, compliant, and accurate setups.
• Provide daily operational support to global stakeholders and affiliates, resolving tool logic issues, ensuring data integrity, and maintaining audit readiness across platforms.
• Collaborate with affiliates on localized inputs, system rollouts, and user enablement via standard platforms like Cornerstone.
• Identify operational bottlenecks to provide continuous feedback and drive process standardization, automation, and workflow optimization.

The Global Digital Hub has been established within the Roche Services & Solutions Center. Our main purpose is to strengthen Roche's digital capabilities globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management, Brand Support, Digital Publishing Services, Marketing Automation, Copywriting, and Creative Design.

The Opportunity:

As a member of the Global Digital Hub Team, you will work to ensure fulfillment of the Global Digital Hub's long-term outcomes and strategy, as well as excellent delivery of our various digital operations priorities. You are responsible for supporting and executing different initiatives. You work with relevant stakeholders and consult on how to develop their digital performance further and ensure they leverage the available digital tools in order to meet their overall goals.

Who you are:

You hold a bachelor's degree in Science (desirable in Digital Marketing, IT, Communication, or Business) with 2–5 years of digital operations or shared services experience. Preferably, you have a Master's degree

You have hands-on experience with enterprise systems (such as SAP), digital workflow tools, and data management platforms

You possess a strong understanding of process-driven environments and standard global execution

Strong English and Arabic communication skill are essential

You are detail-oriented, analytical, and customer-focused, with a passion for digital systems and continuous improvement
