Job summary

Zopper invites applicants for a full-time in-office internship spanning six months. You will deliver MIS reports, dashboards and CRM data management, while tracking queries and coordinating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with marketing campaigns and email management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
• Manage and update CRM data with accuracy and follow-ups.

• Handle operational emails and stakeholder escalations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and close action items on time.
• Utilize AI tools and automation to improve workflows.

About the internship:

What you'll Own :

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports, dashboards and business performance reports.
• Manage and update CRM data, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-ups.
• Raise and track query/ticket requests with concerned teams until resolution.
• Manage operational emails, resolve routine queries and handle stakeholder escalations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, track action items and ensure timely closure.
• Use AI tools, bots and AI agents to improve workflows and automate repetitive tasks.
• Use Advanced Excel and SQL for data cleaning, analysis, reporting and business insights.
• Identify data gaps, operational issues and opportunities for process improvement.
