Job summary

Publicis Global Delivery (PGD) is seeking a Social Associate Manager to lead paid social campaigns across Gurgaon, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune and Hyderabad. You will build, set up and optimize campaigns across Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, and align with client strategies.

You will analyze performance data, prepare client reports, monitor budgets and industry trends, and collaborate with the team to meet targets.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of experience in biddable media.
• Experience with Catalog campaigns (ASC, DPA) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.

Responsibilities

• Fulfil relevant daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks to ensure campaigns are executed to plan and meet targets.
• Build, set up and optimize campaigns across social platforms.
• Assist in building, planning and implementing search structures & marketing strategy.
• Prepare client reports and provide insights and recommendations.
• Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement.
• Keep up to date with industry news and developments; document search trends.

Your responsibilities as a Social Associate Manager –

• Fulfil relevant daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks ensuring that all campaigns are executed to plan and meet the targets
• Build, setup and optimize campaigns across social platforms
• Assist in building, planning and implementing search structures & marketing strategy
• Detail-oriented with effective verbal, written, and visual communication skills for a variety of audiences (internal or external)
• Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement
• Prepare client reports and provide insights and recommendations
• Logical and analytical approach while interpreting the numbers
• Sense of ownership; very responsible for client budget management & performance monitoring
• Keep up to date with industry news and developments; stay ahead of the competition by analyzing, keeping pace and regularly documenting search engine industry trends across web/mobile platforms, and adopting new/best practices on an ongoing basis
• Work closely with the team members/ supervisor to meet goals.

• Any graduate (Specialization in Marketing, Digital Technologies, Business Management, or relevant field would be preferred)
