• Own operational growth initiatives by analyzing performance bottlenecks, improving execution processes, and driving scalable outcomes across merchant portfolios.
• Analyze business performance, client profitability metrics, and market trends to recommend actionable strategies.
• Work cross-functionally with product, operations, sales, and marketing teams to execute strategic projects.
• Build business cases, dashboards, and reports for leadership decision-making.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Support new product launches, GTM strategies, and strategic partnerships.

Requirements
