Deutsche Bank AG in Mumbai seeks a Business Management Analyst/Associate to support financial planning and performance management for Wealth Management. The role focuses on forecasting Revenue, Cost and FTE, with responsibilities spanning deep dives, planning rounds, and KPI initiatives.

The ideal candidate has postgraduate finance qualifications (CA/CPA) and strong English communication, plus advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills and data analytics experience.

Qualifications

• Post graduate in Finance/ CA/ CPA with 6+ years of exposure in FP&A, especially in FTE & Cost management.
• Aptitude for analytical tasks and ability to pull out the key messages.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Experience in data analytics will be a distinct advantage.
• Strong communication skills with excellent English, both orally and written.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Business Performance forecast documents (Revenue, Cost & FTE) for Forecast calls; coordinate, review financials, comments & uploads.
• Perform Business Performance deep dives and analyses.
• Support Cost & FTE management, including hiring pipeline & other FTE housekeeping activities.
• Support planning rounds including adjustments of planning scenarios and alignment with global planning team.
• Upload planning figures in the system and maintain figures during the year.
• Monthly Revenue, Cost and FTE forecast loads in the system; prepare commentary for MoM variations.
• Provide commentary on ExCo / Monthly Review Meetings; support PM projects like cost driver analysis and KPI steering.

Your key responsibilities Essential Job Functions

• Preparation of Business Performance (including Revenue Cost & FTE) forecast documents for Forecast calls: Coordination, review financials, comments & uploads.

• Monthly Revenue, cost and FTE forecast loads in the system, preparing commentary for explaining MoM variations.
• Revenue, FTE & Cost Deep dives and providing Commentaries on ExCo / Monthly Review Meetings.
• Support / run specific Performance Management related projects (e.g. cost driver analysis, new KPI steering approach, scenario analysis, etc.) Project can be with specific focus or could have global background.

Your skills and experience

• Post graduate in Finance/ CA/ CPA 6+ years of exposure in Financial Planning & Analysis especially in FTE & Cost management
• Aptitude for analytical tasks and ability to pull out the key messages.
• Intermediate to advance knowledge of MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
• Experience in data analytics will be a distinct advantage
• Ability to constructively challenge senior colleagues.
• Strong communication skills with excellent English, both orally and written
• Good knowledge of the financial sector
• Ability to effectively manage conflicting demands
