The Business Intelligence function serves as an independent, centralized unit for strategic thinking and decision support. Its core purpose is to assist the organization in achieving its business objectives while driving efficiency across all key metrics within the Sales and Support functions. This team supports departments across the organization by delivering business insights, strategic reports, and visual dashboards. It analyzes customer behavior, market trends, and competitive dynamics to enable senior management to make data-driven decisions, align strategies with organizational goals, and enhance cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide data-driven insights and trends to support senior management decision-making.
