Job summary

Kotak Mahindra Bank in Bengaluru seeks a Business Analytics Lead to own analytics requirements for the PL FUW business, develop risk-based pricing strategies, and identify new segments with Risk & Business teams.

You will collaborate with Data Engineering and Product teams to deploy tech-driven solutions, monitor KPIs like approval rates and funnel efficiency, and enable sales with insights for retention and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of analytics experience in banking/retail lending.
• Experience in credit risk and portfolio analytics.
• Hands-on with Python, AI, Spark, SQL.
• Leadership-level stakeholder management experience.
• MBA/MTech or BE in CS and Masters in Statistics/Analytics from Tier I institutes.

• Plan location distribution and expansion with Sales target setting.

1. Business Analytics Lead
   1. Expected to manage the PL FUW business analytics requirements
   2. Policy challengers to be created using Reject inferencing
   3. New Segment identification and work with Risk & Business on policy and TTD
   4. Location distribution and expansion strategy along with Sales team target setting
   5. Monitor Approval Rates, Funnel efficiencies and TAT management
   6. Tracking on Sales team efficiencies using Channel Tracking Dashboards and Voice Analytics insights
   7. Provide Leads for Sales manager for Customer Retentions and Prospective BT opportunities
   8. Implementation of Risk based Pricing model to increase sourcing and profitability
   9. NTB DIY Journey Funnel management
      1. Work with Risk to make changes in Strategy for growth
      2. Work with Partnerships data and execute DREs
      3. Journey funnel management
      4. Campaign management strategy
   10. Stakeholder management and networking across analytics team counterparts required to build and implement strategies
   11. Should be able to collaborate with Data engineering teams/Product management to implement and launch new technology based solutions for driving business growth and also data management

Skills Required:

• 6-10 years of experience in analytics domain (preferably in Retail Lending - Banks/NBFCs/Consulting).
• Prior experience of working in credit risk, portfolio analytics and cross- sell analytics profile desired.
• Should have hands-on experience on modern analytics tech stacks: Python, AI, Spark, Sql etc
• Should have experience of stakeholder management at Leadership level
• MBA/M.Tech or BE in Computer Science, Master in Statistics or Analytics from Tier I colleges like IIT/NIT/IIMs/JBIMS/MDI/NMIMS/IIFT etc
