Job summary

Nxtwave Disruptive Technologies seeks a data analytics professional to drive data-driven decision making across product, marketing, and operations. You will build dashboards, track KPIs, and perform funnel/cohort analyses to identify opportunities and impact.

You'll translate business problems into structured analyses, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and optimise reporting workflows using SQL and BI tools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics or Business Analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Advanced SQL.
• Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills, with experience using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of business KPIs, funnels, cohort analysis, segmentation, statistics, and data visualisation.
• Experience in NBFC, Lending, BFSI, or Fintech is strongly preferred.
• Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, ownership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
