Job summary

This is a full-time, permanent position with immediate joining at our New Delhi HQ, advising clients and engagement teams on the data strategy that decisions run on. The practice’s engagements produce oceans of signal — sentiment, media, behavioral, electoral — and the advisory layer determines whether any of it becomes decision-grade. You will evaluate existing data and analytics setups, design the BI roadmap that replaces them, and help organizations establish genuinely data-driven strategy: how to organize, analyze and present data so decisions improve. The advisory position exists because most estates grow by accident; roadmaps that fix that are worth what clients pay for them. The advisor is the reason they get fixed rather than patched.
