Job summary

CryptoMize is hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst in New Delhi to own the BI layer for live engagements. You will define metrics, build data models, and deliver dashboards and reporting packs used by strategists and clients across 18 countries. Immediate joining at our Delhi HQ.

You will design measurements prior to data collection and build scalable dimensional models to support evolving questions, using PostgreSQL, Power BI, and Tableau-class tools in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time, permanent BI position with immediate joining at our New Delhi HQ: you will own the business intelligence layer of live engagements — the dashboards, metric definitions, and reporting packs through which strategists and clients see their work. What you will actually do:

• Own the BI layer of assigned engagements end-to-end — the metric definitions, data models, dashboards, and recurring packs through which the work is visible
• Design measurement with strategists before collection begins — the precise rule for every number, agreed before anyone argues with the output
• Build dimensional models that survive new questions: fact tables and metrics that extend rather than rebuild

Skills that matter: Advanced SQL, Dimensional modeling, Metric definition discipline, Dashboard architecture for decision speed in Power BI / Tableau-class tools, Data-quality enforcement, DAX or calculated-measure fluency at production grade.
