What you will actually do:

• Counsel sovereign, political and enterprise clients on where machine learning creates real advantage in their context — perception, prediction, or process
• Run structured AI-readiness assessments: data maturity, decision loops, organisational capacity to act on model output
• Translate between boards and builders — converting executive intent into technical roadmaps the platform cells can execute
