Job summary

CryptoMize is seeking a Data Intelligence Manager to lead the data intelligence cell at our New Delhi HQ. You will oversee analysts and specialists turning platform corpora into client insights across five domains, owning the cell's output, people, and standards, and being accountable for every number presented to clients.

You will run the delivery calendar, staffing engagements, and defend capacity. You will review client-facing analytical products before they ship, ensuring accuracy and impact

What you will actually do:

• Run the data intelligence cell — staffing engagements, setting analytical standards, and carrying final accountability for insight quality agency-wide
• Own the cell's delivery calendar: which engagements get analytical capacity this month, and what gets defended when two clients need the same bench
• Review and sign off on client-facing analytical products before they ship — the last gate between a confident wrong number and the client
