We are seeking a Business Insights Analyst to deliver data-driven insights that inform product strategy, client solutions, and operational decisions. In this role, you will analyze complex datasets, design dashboards, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders across business and product teams.

Role Overview

As a Business Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks. You will translate raw numbers into clear insights that help leadership, product, and client teams make informed decisions. Your ability to design visual reports and explain findings in a business-friendly way will directly contribute to growth and client success.

Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities.
• Perform root-cause analysis on operational and client workflows.
• Build predictive and trend analyses to guide business decisions.

Business Intelligence & Reporting

• Develop and maintain dashboards for leadership, sales, and product teams.
• Create automated reports that track KPIs, performance metrics, and ROI.
• Present insights with clear visualizations and concise storytelling.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with product managers to assess product adoption, usage, and client feedback.
• Work with sales and marketing to measure campaign effectiveness and pipeline health.
• Collaborate with finance teams to validate TCO, ROI, and revenue projections.

Knowledge & Process Support

• Document analytical models, assumptions, and methodologies.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases with reusable analysis frameworks.
• Stay updated on BFSI trends, analytics best practices, and AI-driven BI tools.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years of experience in data/business analysis or BI roles.
• Strong skills in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent).
• Experience in building dashboards and designing KPIs.
• Solid understanding of BFSI workflows, metrics, and decision drivers.
