Job summary

Stelling Technologies in India seeks a operations leader for Ground Operations of a fleet of buses. You will establish and execute departmental goals, define strategies, policies, and SOPs to drive service standards.

You will identify process improvements, create projects, and monitor execution. You will lead training and onboarding for new employees and coach internal teams to ensure compliant, error-free operations and strong customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute departmental/organizational goals related to Ground Operations of fleet of buses, including strategies, policies, and SOPs.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and create projects to accomplish them.
• Responsible for customer delight and rating, internal process reporting & audits, training and onboarding new employees (classroom and on-job training) and coaching internal teams (RM, TM, captains); performance measurement and management; ensure compliance and issue resolution; monitor sales and revenue-related processes.

Job description

Establish and execute departmental/organizational goals related to Ground
Operations of Fleet of Busses, strategies, policies, procedures (SOP’s).

Identify process improvement opportunities and create projects to
accomplish them. Shall be Responsible for Customer Delight & Rating,
Internal Process Reporting & Audit,Training & onboarding new
employees (Classroom Training + On Job Training) & coaching
also Training to Internal Team (RM,TM etc) & Captains, Performance
Measurement & Management, Proper Implementation of
Compliance , Issue reporting & resolution, Serviceexcellence,
Monitoring of processes related to sales & Revenue.
