AspenTech is seeking a Business Enablement Manager to build working demonstrations on AspenTech applications, using realistic data to illustrate measurable business value for customers worldwide. Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field (required).
• 5+ years of experience with industrial or enterprise software (required).
• Hands-on ability with at least one area of the AspenTech portfolio or comparable software (required).
• Ability to explain technical capability in terms of customer outcomes and business value (required).
• Experience with demo, simulation, or modeling environments and realistic data sets (preferred).
• Collaboration and clear communication across product, marketing, and field teams; organized and dependable in follow-through (required).
• Willingness to travel up to 5% (required).
• Willingness to work hybrid mode (4 days in office) (required).

• Refurbish existing demo assets to current product versions and to the team’s quality standards.

• Document demo scripts, configurations, and delivery guides so demonstrations are repeatable by others.
• Capture feedback from field use of demos and share product insights with Product Management.

The Business Enablement team makes AspenTech s product value provable - building production-realistic demonstrations across the portfolio and equipping our field teams to deliver them to any customer, live. As a Business Enablement Manager, you will build working demonstrations on actual AspenTech applications and help turn them into customer stories that show measurable business value, directly shaping how the company s solutions are experienced by customers worldwide.
