Job summary

AspenTech in Pune seeks a Business Enablement Manager to build working demonstrations of AspenTech applications and turn them into customer stories that show measurable business value. You will develop demo narratives, refine assets, and support field teams for customer demos.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience with industrial or enterprise software — building, configuring, supporting, or demonstrating applications.
  • Hands-on ability with at least one area of the AspenTech portfolio or comparable industrial software.
  • Ability to explain technical capability in terms of customer outcomes and business value.
  • Willingness to travel up to 5% and work in a hybrid mode.

The Role

The Business Enablement team makes AspenTech’s product value provable — building production-realistic demonstrations across the portfolio and equipping our field teams to deliver them to any customer, live. As a Business Enablement Manager, you will build working demonstrations on actual AspenTech applications and help turn them into customer stories that show measurable business value, directly shaping how the company’s solutions are experienced by customers worldwide.

Your Impact

Build and maintain working demonstrations on AspenTech applications, using realistic industrial data and workflows. Develop demo narratives with guidance: the customer persona, the business problem, and the value the solution delivers. Refurbish existing demo assets to current product versions and to the team’s quality standards. Support field teams in preparing for customer demonstrations, including hands‑on practice sessions. Maintain demo environments and contribute to the shared demo environment used across business units. Document demo scripts, configurations, and delivery guides so demonstrations are repeatable by others. Capture feedback from field use of demos and share product insights with Product Management. Additional ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned.

What You'll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field (required).
  • 5+ years of experience with industrial or enterprise software — building, configuring, supporting, or demonstrating applications (required).
  • Hands‑on ability with at least one area of the AspenTech portfolio or comparable industrial software (required).
  • Ability to explain technical capability in terms of customer outcomes and business value (required).
  • Experience with demo, simulation, or modeling environments and realistic data sets (preferred).Collaboration and clear communication across product, marketing, and field teams; organized and dependable in follow-through (required).
  • Willingness to travel up to 5% (required).
