Job summary

Marshal Packers & Movers, a division of Marshal Group LLP, seeks interns for two tracks in Mumbai. Track A focuses on customer visits, pre-move surveys, and quotations; Track B on vendor partnerships, onboarding, and referrals. Comfortable Hindi, basic English, and local travel are required.

Open to women restarting careers; duration is 3 months, in-office internship with local travel expectations. Stipend ranges with fixed/incentive pay, and a potential permanent offer on success.

About the internship

Track A Customer visits and field sales

• Visit customers with confirmed appointments.
• Conduct pre-move surveys
• Document requirements clearly, with customer permission for photographs.
• Coordinate quotation preparation with you or your partner.
• Follow up on proposals and record objections, decisions and next steps.
• Identify genuine additional needs such as storage or vehicle transport.

Track B Vendor partnerships

• Visit shortlisted brokers, property managers and other relevant businesses.
• Explain how Marshal supports their customers after a property transaction.
• Understand their customer profile and moving enquiry frequency.
• Demonstrate registration and referral submission.
• Help suitable partners complete onboarding.
• Follow up until partners make their first referral, then maintain the relationship.

Both tracks require comfortable Hindi communication, basic English writing, willingness to travel locally and disciplined phone/CRM use. Marathi would be useful.

• Stipend Structure:
• Fixed pay: ₹ 5,000 - 7,000 /month
• Incentive pay: ₹ 2,000 - 10,000 /month
• Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of ₹ 300000 to 400000/year
