Your Role

As an Intern at StayVista, you will be responsible for supporting the guest experience team in ensuring seamless and memorable stays for customers. The role involves assisting with guest communication, resolving queries, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting service delivery to enhance overall guest satisfaction and loyalty.

About You

• Support guest engagement activities before, during, and after stays.
• Coordinate with on‑ground teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Handle guest feedback and assist in resolving concerns promptly.
• Maintain guest communication records and service trackers.
• Support customer satisfaction and hospitality improvement initiatives.
• This is a 2‑month Work From Office internship with a stipend of ₹5,000 per month.
• Candidates are required to carry their own laptop throughout the internship period.
