Job summary

Edubridge Learning is seeking a Business Development Officer to promote training programs, generate leads, and support learner enrollment at our Training Center and nearby field areas. You will counsel prospective learners, drive walk-ins, and coordinate with the center team to meet enrollment targets.

The role requires strong communication, field marketing skills, and the ability to travel within nearby areas.

Responsibilities

• Promote training programs in colleges, institutes, villages, and local communities.
• Generate quality leads and drive learner walk-ins to the center.
• Counsel prospective learners and support the enrollment process.
• Achieve assigned lead, walk-in, and enrollment targets.
• Build and maintain a strong learner database.
• Develop relationships with local influencers, institutes, and community partners.
• Plan and execute marketing and mobilization activities with the Center Manager.
• Share and update leads daily through CRM/WhatsApp.
• Coordinate with the Center Manager, Counsellor, Trainers, and Placement Manager.
• Support center operations when required.
