EduBridge Learning is hiring a Senior Manager – Business Development to drive CSR-led enterprise partnerships and funding acquisition for skilling, workforce, and CSR solutions space.
• CSR funding acquisition and partnerships with corporates and foundations
• Net-new client acquisition (CSR budgets / funding sources)
• Own and deliver ₹X–₹X Cr annual CSR funding target
• Acquire X–X new CSR partnerships / funding clients per quarter (net-new logos)
• Secure funding with average ticket size of ₹X lakh – ₹X Cr per project
• Generate minimum X% funding through self-sourced channels (network, outreach, referrals)
• Establish X+ active CSR / foundation relationships within the first X months
• Identify, prospect, and engage CSR Heads, ESG leaders, Foundations, and senior stakeholders
• Source funding through corporate CSR budgets, foundations, and institutional partnerships
• Secure funding for skilling, education, and workforce development projects
• Build and sustain a strong pipeline of CSR funding opportunities and partnerships
• Leverage networks, referrals, and industry platforms to generate opportunities
• Track CSR trends, thematic priorities, and compliance frameworks
• Identify new funding avenues, including global donors and ESG-linked funds
• Maintain structured tracking of opportunities, proposals, and closures
• Ensure timely follow-ups and stakeholder engagement
• 6–10 years of experience in CSR partnerships, funding acquisition, or institutional sales (mandatory)
• Proven track record of securing ₹X–₹X Cr CSR funding annually or equivalent project funding
• Demonstrated ability to close X–X funding deals / partnerships per year
• Strong network within CSR, Foundations, ESG, or Development sector ecosystems
• Experience engaging with CSR Heads, Foundation leaders, and senior corporate stakeholders
• Hands-on exposure to proposal creation, pitching impact, and closing funding partnerships
• Ability to independently build and manage a pipeline of funding opportunities
• Background in NGOs, foundations, skilling organizations, or CSR-driven enterprises preferred
• Strong ownership mindset with accountability for funding outcomes (IC role)
• Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred
• Pure enterprise sales profiles without CSR / funding exposure
• Program delivery or operations-focused roles
• Candidates without experience in funding, partnerships, or grant acquisition
