• Expand OEM base across the region.
• Establish contacts with all OEMs in the region, build strong relationship, and promote Domino Product lines.
• Understand OEM’s business, rolling projects, product lines, their customer and targeted market.
• Prepare OEM sales forecasts for the region, for all products.
• Actively monitor market trends, Competition activity, and evolve promotional strategy and sales effort.
• Develop OEMs as Domino Advocates through effective brand building, product support.
• Ensure Clear and clean transactions. With transparent information on OEM’s end customers.
• Strong ability and focus on Payment Collection/debt management.
• Compliment the business of regions and branches with developmental results from OEM.
• Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
• Keeping up with the latest industry developments, including market positioning of competitors.
• The candidate needs to compliment the business of regions and branches with developmental results from OEM accounts.
