Job summary

Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance (ABSLI) is seeking a dynamic recruitment professional to source and onboard quality insurance advisors and APCs in Tamil Nadu. You will train, coach, and develop advisors on products, sales processes, and customer engagement to drive activation and productivity.

Responsibilities include generating new business through advisors and personal networks, monitoring performance, and ensuring monthly, quarterly, and annual targets are met while maintaining persistency

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1 year of sales experience in Life Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, or Agency Sales.
• Strong interpersonal, recruitment, and team management skills.
• Good communication and presentation abilities.
