HireFlexperts in Gurugram is seeking a Business Development Manager – Affiliate (International) to drive growth through publisher/affiliate acquisition and onboarding of advertisers. About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager – Affiliate (International) to drive international business growth through publisher/affiliate acquisition, client/advertiser onboarding, campaign sourcing, and partnership development.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in international affiliate marketing, a strong network of international publishers and clients/advertisers, and the ability to independently source, negotiate, and onboard new partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently identify, prospect, and onboard international publishers, affiliates, clients, advertisers, and agencies.
• Build and leverage an existing network across international markets, especially USA and UK.
• Source and onboard CPL, CPA, CPS, and other performance marketing campaigns.
• Negotiate payouts, commercial terms, volumes, and partnership agreements.
• Match suitable campaigns with relevant publishers/affiliates to drive conversions and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients and publishers.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Monitor partner/campaign performance and identify opportunities for revenue and volume growth.
• Work with internal Campaign Delivery, Operations, and Performance teams for smooth campaign execution.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and business development targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing / Business Development
• Strong hands-on experience in international affiliate business development.
• Existing network of international publishers, affiliates, clients/advertisers, or agencies.
• Proven experience independently onboarding international clients and publishers, particularly in the USA and UK.
• Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, CPS, lead generation, and performance marketing.
• Strong negotiation, communication, relationship-management, and business development skills.
• Proven ability to generate new business and revenue independently.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
