You will build relationships with exporters, importers, manufacturers, and distributors; generate leads, present competitive quotations, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with Operations, Pricing, Customer Service,

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Identify and acquire new clients in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Shipping, Supply Chain, Import, and Export sectors.
• Promote Air Freight, Sea Freight, FCL, LCL, Customs Clearance, Warehousing, Transportation, and Door-to-Door Logistics services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, exporters, importers, manufacturers, and distributors.
• Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and convert prospects into long‑term business opportunities.
• Prepare and present competitive freight quotations, logistics proposals, and customized supply chain solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements with customers and overseas agents.
• Coordinate with Operations, Pricing, Customer Service, and Documentation teams for seamless shipment execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, freight rates, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, CRM updates, weekly reports, and monthly performance reports.
