As a Business Development Manager at Kratikal Tech Limited, you will drive revenue growth by converting qualified leads into new clients for our Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) and Compliance services. You will manage the entire sales process and build strong initial relationships with new clients.

Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed assigned revenue goals for VAPT and Compliance services.
• Engage with qualified leads and convert them into new clients, including conducting effective sales presentations and demonstrations.
• Own the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals, managing the sales pipeline and ensuring accurate forecasting.
• Establish and nurture strong initial connections, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and setting the stage for long‑term relationships.
• Keep up‑to‑date with the evolving VAPT and Compliance market landscape and collaborate with internal lead generation and technical teams.
• Identify opportunities to drive renewals, upsells, and cross‑sells to reduce churn and increase monthly recurring revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or B2B IT services, ideally with cybersecurity or enterprise software.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
