Job summary

The Good Felt, part of Enviu, is scaling a circular materials venture in Bengaluru, India. You will work directly with the Founder to build partnerships, open new markets and shape how we grow next.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in business development or B2B sales.
• Experience in interiors, building materials, furniture, manufacturing, construction or related industry.
• Ability to build genuine, long-term relationships.
• Curious, proactive and take ownership.

Help build the next generation of circular materials

At The Good Felt, we're transforming discarded textiles into high performance materials used across built environment, acoustics, automotive, garment manufacturing, packaging and more.

Our materials have already been used in projects such as the Sheraton Confluence Conference Centre in Chennai, insulation solutions for schools in Drass, and by manufacturers supplying leading fashion and carmaking brands such as Zudio or Maruti Suzuki. Every new application replaces virgin materials and proves that circular materials can compete on quality, performance and design.

Alongside commercial growth, we continuously invest in material innovation and R&D, developing new products and unlocking new uses for textile waste.

The Good Felt was built by Enviu, a global non‑profit venture builder that creates businesses tackling the world's biggest environmental challenges. • Are willing to travel for customer meetings and industry events
