Job summary

The Muthoot Group invites fresh graduates for a paid Business Development Internship Program across multiple locations in Gujarat, including Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Rajkot, Surat, and more. The program begins with a stipend of ₹14,000 per month for the first six months, increasing to ₹18,000 per month in the following six months, with performance incentives possible after three months.

On successful completion of 18 months, high-performers may move into a Team Leader role, subject to performance

Eligible

• B.Com | BBA | BA | BMS (Fresher’s / Graduates (2024 onwards)
• Student Pursuing Final-Year graduation who have successfully completed their 5th Semester.
• Student under AEDP (Apprenticeship Embedded Degree Program).

Location: Multiple Locations in Gujarat, Like Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Rajkot, Surat, Junagadh, Surendranagar.

Offer

• ₹14,000/month – First 6 Months
• ₹18,000/month – Next 6 Months
• Eligible for Performance-based incentives after 3 months of Internship.

After successful completion of 18 months, candidates may be elevated to the position of Team Leader, subject to performance and eligibility criteria.
