Muthoot Finance is offering a Sales Internship Program with a job offer for a Personal Loan (Digital) Cross-Sell role. Eligible graduates (non-B.Tech) with 60%+ in Graduation and age up to 26, male candidates only, can apply for a full-time position with no bond.

Compensation scales from 14K/month (1–6 months) up to 33,333/month plus a retention bonus (1 Lakh) after confirmation, with progression based on performance and business targets.
