Responsibilities

• Coordinate with creators in Utsavy's lead pipeline and move conversations forward.
• Finalize deliverables, timelines and collaboration terms.
• Share content briefs, review drafts and coordinate posting schedules.
• Track reach, engagement and conversions; prepare simple campaign reports.
• Keep Utsavy's creator database updated.
• Research and shortlist businesses and brands for collaboration.
• Run outreach via email, LinkedIn and Instagram; follow up until there is a clear answer.
• Understand partner requirements and turn them into clear collaboration plans.
• Coordinate between partners and creators for on-time campaigns.
• Help create pitch decks, proposals and post-campaign recap presentations.
• Join partner calls and take notes; follow up on next steps.

About the Role

We're hiring interns to work across two connected areas: influencer marketing and B2B collaborations. You'll coordinate with the creators already in Utsavy's pipeline and finalize collaborations with them, and you'll reach out to businesses and brands we can collaborate with, taking each conversation from the first message to the final report.

What You'll Do

Influencer Marketing

• Coordinate with the creators already in Utsavy's lead pipeline and move each conversation forward
• Communicate with creators day to day, and finalize deliverables, timelines and collaboration terms
• Share content briefs, review drafts and coordinate posting schedules
• Track reach, engagement and conversions, and prepare simple campaign reports
• Keep Utsavy's creator database updated

B2B Collaborations

• Research and shortlist businesses and brands that are a good fit to collaborate with Utsavy
• Run outreach over email, LinkedIn and Instagram, and follow up until there is a clear answer
• Understand each partner's requirements and turn them into a clear collaboration plan
• Coordinate between partners and creators so joint campaigns run on time and on brief
• Help create pitch decks, proposals and post-campaign recap presentations
• Join partner calls, take notes and follow up on next steps

What We're Looking For

• Communication: clear, confident speaking and writing in at least two of English, Hindi and Bengali, across email, calls and DMs
• Business mindset: you understand what each side gains from a collaboration and can spot a good fit
• Negotiation and deal closing: you can agree terms, handle objections and get to a clear yes
• Management: you can handle several creators, partners and deadlines at once without missing follow-ups
• Leadership and ownership: you take a task from start to finish without being chased
• Relationship building: creators and partners want to work with you again
• Google Sheets or Excel: you can keep a lead tracker and pipeline up to date
• Active on Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn, with a good feel for creator culture and trends

Nice to Have

• Basic Canva, for pitch decks and proposals
