Job summary

Gradfilter in Bengaluru, India is seeking a proactive intern to join our outreach and partnerships team. This is a full-time in-office internship lasting 3 months, starting Oct 2026 and ending Dec 2026, with a stipend of INR 20,000–30,000 per month.

The role involves reaching out to hiring partners, marketing across social channels, screening resumes, and coordinating interview progress while researching potential collaborators.

Qualifications

• Must be a recent graduate, preferably 2026
• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Extroverted and comfortable with outreach and sales tasks
• Ability to research potential partners and analyze data
• Able to coordinate calls, interviews, and progress with partners

About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Reach out to companies and pitch our talent solutions to onboard them as hiring partners.
• Doing marketing through channels like Instagram, YouTube, Reddit, Facebook, X, etc.
• Screen resumes and conduct basic interviews to assess candidate fit for various positions.
• Coordinate with companies to track interview rounds, selections, rejections, and overall hiring progress.
• Research potential partner companies, colleges, coaching institutes, and influencers for collaborations.
• Support the founders in daily operations, ensuring smooth execution across calling (sales), recruitment, and partnerships.
