Aeloria Leadership Academy is hiring a Business Development Executive – Institutional Partnerships to expand and manage collaborations with premier schools and reputed academic institutions in Calicut (Kozhikode).

About the Role

Are you confident in face‑to‑face institutional engagement, professional presentations, and relationship‑building with senior academics? This role requires regular field work within Calicut and physical presence at schools and institutions for meetings, presentations, and workshop coordination. This is not telemarketing and not a remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in person with principals, academic heads, and administrators of premier schools and institutions
• Build and maintain long‑term institutional partnerships across Calicut
• Represent Aeloria’s leadership and professional development programs delivered by international mentors
• Conduct on‑site meetings, presentations, and follow‑ups
• Support the smooth on‑ground execution of workshops, including venue coordination and institutional liaison
• Drive institutional conversions through professional, relationship‑driven engagement
• Document institutional interactions, feedback, and partnership outcomes
