The role focuses on building strong client relationships, supporting Trust Center expansion, coordinating education initiatives, and ensuring accurate reporting and data governance aligned with organisational objectives.
Jewellery Services
- Onboard and activate jewellery retail partners within the assigned territory to expand service penetration.
- Support establishment and operational readiness of Trust Centers in line with organisational standards.
- Drive jewellery submission growth by achieving defined annual targets for volume (pieces) and value (carats).
- Build and maintain strong retailer relationships to encourage sustained submission pipeline.
Pearl Services & Specialty Reports
- Promote and facilitate generation of specialty reports across clients.
- Support revenue generation through Pearl Identification & Detection Test (PIDT) services.
- Drive adoption and revenue contribution from Cultured Pearl Classification (CPC) services.
Unaccredited Education Programs
- Coordinate and execute unaccredited training programs within the region.
- Manage participant coordination, scheduling, venue logistics, and program execution.
- Support achievement of revenue targets from education initiatives while ensuring program completion as per defined objectives.
Market Mapping & Intelligence
- Conduct market construct development and mapping of jewellers and industry clusters.
- Generate and nurture leads to build a strong opportunity funnel.
- Manage end-to-end client onboarding journey from KYC completion to first submission.
- Ensure appropriate distribution and visibility of display and branding materials across partner stores.
- Maintain and regularly update market construct files and activity trackers.
Reporting & Data Governance
- Record all activities, leads, and client interactions within Salesforce CRM.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports aligned with management expectations and timelines.
- Maintain data accuracy, completeness, and process compliance across systems.
- Participate in association meetings, trade events, and industry gatherings to strengthen market presence.
- Plan and conduct consumer awareness seminars in collaboration with jewellers and trade associations.
- Support local outreach initiatives to enhance brand visibility and service awareness.
Association & Awareness Initiatives
