- Build target account lists using company websites, LinkedIn, business directories, industry news and other approved prospecting sources.
- Prioritize organizations showing potential hiring signals, such as business expansion, new locations, rapid growth, repeated vacancies or specialist hiring requirements.
- Identify relevant decision-makers, including CHROs, HR Directors, Talent Acquisition leaders, Recruitment Managers, Founders and business leaders, depending on company size.
- Research company size, industry, geography, hiring activity and likely recruitment challenges to support relevant, personalized outreach.
Outbound Outreach & Appointment Setting
- Execute structured outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn and telephone, in line with approved messaging and outreach processes.
- Write concise, personalized messages that explain the value of RPO and connect it to a prospect's potential hiring challenges.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain professional communication across each stage of the outreach sequence.
- Engage prospects to understand their hiring plans, recruitment volume, current recruitment model, challenges and potential interest in outsourcing recruitment.
- Book qualified discovery meetings for the business development or leadership team and share clear context before each meeting.
- Maintain a professional brand voice and respectful prospect experience in every interaction.
Lead Qualification & Sales Pipeline Support
- Qualify prospects using agreed criteria such as company fit, hiring demand, decision‑maker access, timing, recruitment challenges and interest in RPO services.
- Capture accurate lead details, outreach history, responses, qualification notes, next steps and meeting outcomes in the CRM.
- Classify leads by priority and stage, and nurture prospects who may have future hiring or outsourcing needs.
- Coordinate with business development and leadership to hand over qualified opportunities with relevant research and conversation notes.
- Support follow-up activities, campaign tracking and basic sales pipeline administration as required.
CRM, Reporting & Process Discipline
- Maintain clean, accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including company information, contact details, lead sources, activities and next actions.
- Track daily and weekly prospecting activity, outreach response, qualified leads, meetings booked and meeting conversion.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, lead quality, target-account coverage and pipeline progress.
- Test and refine messaging, prospect segments and outreach approaches based on response data and team feedback.
- Follow company policies, data‑privacy requirements, platform rules and applicable outreach practices in target markets.

The role will focus on organizations that may need scalable or specialist recruitment support, including:
- Companies with approximately 200 - 5,000+ employees or growing recruitment needs.
- Organizations expecting 20+ hires annually, undergoing expansion or opening new offices or delivery centers.
- Businesses facing hard-to-fill roles, high-volume hiring, inconsistent recruitment capacity or pressure to reduce hiring costs.
- Companies that may benefit from end-to-end RPO, project RPO, recruiter‑on‑demand, sourcing support or dedicated offshore recruitment teams.
- Priority sectors may include Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Financial Services, Renewable Energy, Logistics, Construction and Infrastructure.

- Experience selling or prospecting for staffing, recruitment, HR services, RPO, consulting or other B2B services is preferred.
- Comfortable researching companies and identifying senior HR, Talent Acquisition and business decision‑makers.
- Hands‑on familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, calling and CRM tools; experience with sales engagement or prospecting platforms is an advantage.
- Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to personalize outreach for international prospects.
- Good research, listening, qualification, follow‑up, organization and time‑management skills.
- Able to work with activity targets, maintain accurate records and handle rejection professionally.
- Self‑motivated, persistent and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, early‑stage business environment.
