Job summary

Quartz Decor & Interiors in India is seeking a driven Field Sales Executive to expand market presence and drive revenue. You will conduct market visits with retailers, government contractors, lighting manufacturers, and other key decision-makers to uncover new business opportunities and close orders.

You will support quotations, negotiations, and project discussions, while ensuring timely order closures and contributing to revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Visit retailers, govt.contractors, lighting manufacturers, and key decision-makers to develop new business opportunities.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads through field visits, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Understand customer requirements and support quotations, negotiations, project discussions, and order closures.
• Achieve the assigned monthly sales revenue target through new business, repeat orders, and bulk/project opportunities.
• Maintain CRM updates, submit field and sales reports, and provide management with customer, competitor, pricing, and market insights.
