Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Strong customer interaction and relationship-building abilities.

• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• 6 days working with rotational weekly off.

Responsibilities

• Connect with potential customers through outbound and inbound calls, emails, and digital channels.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to convert prospects into customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
• Present product or service features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Handle customer objections, answer queries, and negotiate to close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and contribute to business growth.
