Key Responsibilities
A. Domestic Helicopter Charter Business Development
Develop and expand the company's helicopter charter business in India.
Identify opportunities for:
- Corporate helicopter charter
- Executive/VIP travel
- Business travel
- Government and institutional travel
- Political/event-related movements, where legally permissible
- Tourism and pilgrimage charters
- Remote-area transportation
- Infrastructure and project support
- Oil & gas support
- Mining and industrial requirements
- Power-line and infrastructure inspection support
- Medical/air ambulance requirements, subject to applicable approvals
- Film and media requirements
- Wedding and event-related charter
- Emergency and special-purpose movements
Responsibilities
- Identify prospective helicopter charter customers.
- Develop relationships with corporate houses, HNIs, travel companies, event organisers and institutions.
- Understand passenger requirements, destination, timing, aircraft type and operational constraints.
- Coordinate with approved helicopter operators regarding availability and pricing.
- Obtain and compare operator quotations.
- Prepare customer proposals and commercial offers.
- Negotiate rates and commercial terms within approved company limits.
- Coordinate with operations for aircraft availability and flight planning.
- Follow up from enquiry through confirmation and payment.
- Develop repeat and long-term charter business.
3. Aircraft Chartering Domestic & International
Develop business opportunities for fixed-wing aircraft charter for passengers and cargo.
The candidate will identify and coordinate:
- Executive aircraft charter
- Business jet charter
- Passenger aircraft charter
- Group charter
- Ad-hoc aircraft charter
- Cargo aircraft charter
- ACMI/wet-lease opportunities, where applicable
- Special cargo movements
- Project cargo charter
- Humanitarian/emergency cargo movements

The candidate should be capable of understanding customer requirements and coordinating with aircraft operators, charter brokers and aviation partners to source appropriate aircraft.
4. International Air Freight Forwarding
Develop international air-freight forwarding business for import and export cargo.
Target customers may include:
- Exporters

Develop trade-lane business in major international markets such as:

15. Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Aviation, Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics or a related discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Aviation Management, Logistics or International Business will be an advantage.
- Aviation/logistics certification will be desirable.
Experience
3–8 years of relevant experience in one or more of:
- Helicopter charter
- Aircraft charter
