DESCRIPTION

• Connecting with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels
• Understanding learners' academic backgrounds, career goals, interests, and requirements
• Counselling prospective learners and recommending suitable courses or programs
• Explaining program structure, curriculum, eligibility, fees, outcomes, and other relevant details
• Handling learner queries and objections professionally while providing accurate information
• Following up with prospective learners throughout the counselling and admission process
• Maintaining accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM
• Building strong relationships with prospective learners and ensuring a positive counselling experience
